Presentation in  Absentia: 

 

The author(s) who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference in absentia may register for "Presentation in Absentia".  Those Choosing to Register for Presentation in Absentia will be required to make presentation over SKYPE. Those not presenting the paper may be issued certificate of Contribution but in no case certificate of Participation/ Presentation shall be issued. 

   

The Authors may choose to present their paper through SKYPE.

SPECIAL SESSIONS PROPOSAL

The conference will include Special Sessions on highly specialized topics reporting technical trends and breakthroughs within the scope of the conference. Special Sessions are organized at the initiative of one or more individuals following special procedures that are published at the conference web site. 


In addition to regular sessions, participants are encouraged to organize special sessions on specialized topics. Each special session should have at least 4 or 5 quality papers. Special session organizers will solicit submissions; conduct reviews jointly with the ICCM 2017 and in the same way recommend accept/reject decisions on the submitted papers.


Submission of Special Sessions are welcome!


Organisers of Special Sessions are responsible for:

  • Select a topic of interest to themselves and to conference delegates.
  • Obtain papers on this topic, normally a minimum of 5 for an invited session, but often more.
  • Provide suitable reviewers (at least 2 international members of the review team) for the reviews of the papers.
  • Ensure the final versions of the papers are uploaded before the deadline.
  • Attend the conference and chair the session.

More detailed guidance notes will be made available if you accept the invitation. If you agree to accept this invitation we would be grateful if you email us the following information:

  • Title of the session.
  • A paragraph describing the content of the session.
  • Contact details of chair/co-chairs with Email address (please give only one).
  • Affiliation.
  • URL of web page describing session (if any).
NOTE:
  1. The REGISTRATION of special session organizer will be FREE for minimum 5 quality papers.
  2. All papers included in special sessions will be included in proceedings to be published in UGC approved journals.
